We are a non-profit sports association (Verein) and the controller of personal data processed on this website and for our club operations.
Scope
This notice explains how we process personal data under Swiss law (revised Federal Act on Data Protection, revDSG) and, where applicable, the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors from the EEA/UK.
What data we collect
- Website & logs: IP address, timestamps, referrer/URL, basic device/browser data (server logs for security & troubleshooting).
- Forms & club admin: contact details, membership data, player/guardian information, availability, consents, free-text messages, and attachments you submit.
- Communications: emails you send to us and our replies.
- Media: photos/videos from matches or events, where consent or legitimate interests apply.
- Payments (if applicable): payer name, references and amounts (we do not store full card details).
Purposes & legal basis
We process data to run the club and this website, including:
- Membership administration, squads, match organization, volunteer coordination.
- Responding to enquiries and managing sponsorships/partnerships.
- Publishing club news, fixtures, results and event media.
- Website security, fraud prevention and service quality.
Legal bases (where GDPR applies) include performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), and legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)). Under Swiss law, we process in line with the principles of Art. 6–9 revDSG.
Forms on our website
We provide several forms for club administration, such as:
- Membership registration / exit forms
- Team/players administration and availability
- Volunteer and contact forms
- Sponsorship interest
Data you submit is used to process your request and to administer club activities. If a form captures minors’ data, we ask for consent from a parent/guardian where required.
International transfers
If data is transferred outside Switzerland/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., adequacy, EU SCCs/CH-SCCs) unless an exception applies.
Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations, or to establish/exercise/defend legal claims. Then we delete or anonymize it.
Security
We implement proportionate technical and organizational measures (access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege, backups) to protect your data.
Your rights

- Withdraw consent at any time (does not affect prior processing)
